Unhappy

I have been trying to reach a manager or supervisor. Or anyone that is in charge.

But I keep getting people who I can hardly understand that cannot help my situation. My loan is a rip off and I want to pay off my loan asap, but I cannot get in touch with anyone that can help me. This is literally the worst company to get a car loan thru.

Stay far far away. They do not care about you they just want to charge you more money.

Collection Bullies

I have a car loan through bridgecrest and after 5 years of never missing a payment, including the highest interest rates, I am being harassed. I am called, emailed and texted multiple times every day and threatened for payment even though Ive talked to customer service explaining temporary hardship, including unemployment and the recent loss of my husband.

If I could pay right now, I would.

I have had it with the constant harassment, the lack of compassion for a customer that has paid and never complained or refinanced when I should have, who is already experiencing the hardest time in their life. Its time to stop this.

Loss:
$12

Preferred solution: Reverse of over-charges, pulling of credit default to credit bureaus and stopping of the daily harassment calls, texts and emails.

User's recommendation: Do not finance or refinance as soon as possible. I was told I could defer payments during my hardship and told it could be for 3 months, so I did it, only to find out that it was only for two months and I was still expected to pay the full finance charges, which is more than 50 percent of my payments after 5 years! Watch out for this.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Bridgecrest reversed the incorrect 60 day late payment report but I think the damage is already done

Bridgecrest reported to the credit agencies that I was 60 days delinquent on a loan that was paid off, therefore my credit score plummeted drastically!! Please correct this discrepancy as soon as possible.

A vehicle has been towed that had company property in it that is needed asap.

My sisters vehicle had been towed and within that vehicle are the company I work for property which are needed in order to open and operate the company building. Along with company tractor keys needed to upkeep inventory on the property. I do not know how they made it into that vehicle but they are needed before 9am this morning or can cost me my career and possibly more.

Preferred solution: The company keys in which are needed to open and run the business and tractor keys needed to re arrange products and have products moved for sale. These keys give access to sensitive customer data. Could possibly cause value loss of $60,000 a year.

User's recommendation: Have the phone available to speak at your office within the proclaimed business hours.

To tell about my experience with this company

I was in an accident and my car was taken from the repair shop and I was not late on any payments and customer service didnt to talk with me until I got legal advice . Dont use this company I have never had to call a lender because I was in an accident I always called the insurance company. And they never apologized to us thats why I dont recommended them

Every since November when I got this vehicle it had major problems and I taken the car back and at the dealership they told me that it had too many miles on it. Now the vehicle has completely stop running.

My car was repossessed after only 3 weeks

My payment for my car was due today I had a issue with my bank account and was gonna move the funds so the payment can go through I go outside and my car was repossessed and all I see on the app is 310.00 is due what in the unfair practice is this the payment was due today but yet my car was taken makes no sense waiting on these people to answer so I can get my car

Cannot Register Vehicle

I bought my car in PA and had it registered there for 2 years. I moved to NY and have been attempting to register my car for months.

Bridgecrest wont send over the necessary paper work. Their policy is that the DMV fax them a request, and then they fax over the documents I need to have my car registered. The NY DMV does not do that. In NY the company who holds the title is supposed to fax the documents when I give them the DMV fax number.

I have told the DMV bridgecrest wont send it over unless they fax them first, the DMV just doesn't do that. I didn't expect to get the New York state department of motor vehicles to budge on a policy, but I had to try. I have called bridgecrest several times trying to get them to fax over the documents and they will not do it. I am just stuck.

I am unable to register the car I am paying for every month. I have talked to customer service several times.

They will not fax the information. They will keep collecting their payments while offering literally nothing in return, not even a simple fax needed so I can drive the car I pay them for every month.

User's recommendation: Do not finance your car through bridgecrest. Whatever company you land on do your research first. I made the first mistake with carvana and the second with bridgecrest. If you go with bridgecrest you can’t move out of state I guess.

I would like to change the date of my payment

Pathetic. After two months of emails and calls and no one from their management or beneath has returned my emails providing me with the items requested.

Unsatisfied customer

So on November 29 I go to my account to make a payment and see that is says that the 735 dollars that's left on my 6 year loan is to be paid by November 30 or they are reporting me 30 days late which I have never been 30 days late in my 6 years and was a great customer is just unacceptable you wait until the end of my loan to mess up my credit. You said in 2020 I deferred a payment which I have no receipt on and never reflected on my account which I check constantly and you also said you emailed me I never got it but I should have got a letter as well.

I'm am so angry you really waited until the end of my loan to do this nonsense and it's not right .

I will never ever recommend this place you guys are horrible. I will fight this
