We purchased a 2014 Ford escape from drive time about 3 months after we had the vechicle the transmission went out we had a warranty but what a headache to get a rental we have to b reanbursed it took bridgecrest 3 weeks to get a used transmission that barely made the car go over 60 it was dangerous hope they can fix it this time don't want to mess up credit or replace car to please there customer
