Within 24 hours of posting an unfavorable experience with customer service, I received a return call from Erin (Customer Relations).Unfortunately, I missed the initial call, attempt to contact her only to be advised she was unavailable.

Nevertheless the person who answered (sorry I did not get the name) was gracious enough to ascertain why Erin called as well as provided answers for me. Today, I received an unexpected follow up call from Erin. She wanted to find out if a satisfactory resolution was achieved and/or all concerns were met. The answer was yes!

In addition, a subsequent call (prior to Erin's) to customer service Rashida proved to be productive too.

Bottom line I appreciate both points of contact which helped turn a negative experience to a positive.
