I don't know what the deal is with the other reviews, but BC has been an absolute God send during the hardest time of my life. I called and spoke to the nicest customer service reps, explained the situation and they worked with me time and time again. I really think if people just called when they knew they would be late -the majority of these reviews wouldn't be so negative.

Corrupt business practices

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH BRIDGECREST

They will screw you over and charge you 10x (or more) in intrest on a vehicle. They will try to fight you for your last dollar, harass you, and even leave out crucial details involving your loan in order to keep you paying.

This is corrupt. DO NOT trust them.

Can’t get on webpage

Cant get on the app provided by Bridgecrest and when I click on their website it goes back to my home page on phone. Called one number on google for payoff amount and its for medical device.

And I dont have any paper information on my cars just purchased this year.

What can I do to get payment payoff amounts so I can get out of Bridgecrest? Thanks

Bridgecrest stole my extended warranty money

My car was paid off with my insurance and my gap coverage. I never paid late or put a payment behind.

So, if gap and my insurance paid my car off why in the *** did my extended warranty go towards my pay-off when I have gap.

They couldn't answer the question plus they give you the run around about your payoff they also stole my warranty money for the car location warranty to find the car. I'm so pissed I feel like I got robbed.

They also closed my account so fast that you can't access it, It's only been a week.

Since your customer service Department is *** poor, your REPS are rude, and know very little English. Yes Iam Pissed off, This lemon that was sold to me, As I tried to send my send my letter of intend, and Voluntary Respossession turn in was just a waste of my time.

Due to your *** this letter is on file and SUV has been clean, waiting in my driveway. As I Finally sppoke w/someone with sence. Insurance has been cancel account closed. this was a bullshite deal from the the start, car is only 6,000 not 12,100 if that.

since i already put 3,000 into this car.

Disaster

AI bought a car through Carvana in January 2025. Bridgecrest is their loan vendor.

Both Carvana and Bridgecrest royally screwed up my loan, failing to apply the $12,000 I provided as a down-payment. The communication between the two companies was so terrible I actually had a customer service agent from Bridgecrest tell me I had backed out of a loan and returned the car WHILE I WAS SITTING IN THE ACTUAL CAR. Left hand does not know what the right hand is doing, and because of this I was reported for late payments even though I made every payment on time.

I have spent way too much time trying to get resolution for a mistake that Carvana admits is their error. Bridgecrest seems utterly clueless.

Bad service

I reached out stating can I pay my car note late when I get paid from my next check due to me being in hospital & they said after 8 days of my due that they will repossess my car if I dont pay for 1 missed payment dont get a car threw them

Resolved: A coordinated scam

Bridgecrest and DriveTime A Coordinated Scam Against Hardworking Customers

If youre considering financing a car through DriveTime and Bridgecrest, BEWARE. These two companies seem to work hand-in-hand to trap customers in unreliable vehicles and predatory loan agreements, showing no regard for customer concerns or financial hardships.

My daughter financed a car through DriveTime and makes her payments to Bridgecrest.

Within 90 days of ownership, she has faced multiple costly repairsincluding $500 for brakes and rotors, an oil leak, and a missing oil panissues that indicate the car was knowingly sold in poor condition. When she reached out to DriveTime, she was met with a generic, scripted response offering no real help.

Bridgecrest Was No Better.

She called Bridgecrest customer service in hopes of escalating her issue to a manager or supervisor. Instead, the representative refused to escalate the call, providing no assistance beyond repeating a robotic response.

To make matters worse, Bridgecrest then called her demanding a payment. The representative barely spoke English and could only say:

When are you gonna make the payment?

When are you gonna make the payment?showing zero empathy for her situation.

When she inquired about removing the vehicle from her credit report if she were to surrender it, she was flatly told that it couldnt be done.

Instead of working with customers, Bridgecrest and DriveTime seem to prey on people who are simply trying to make an honest living.

My daughter is a hardworking single mother who trusted this company to provide her with a reliable vehicle. Instead, she has been financially drained and left with a car she can barely drive.

This experience has been nothing short of a predatory scam, and I strongly urge anyone considering DriveTime or Bridgecrest to RUN in the opposite direction.

DO NOT finance a car through these companies unless you want to be taken advantage of.

Repossession

This company is a scam. Vehicle was repossessed after one missed payment.

Bridgecrest said they're canceling car loan and resell the vehicle back through drive time.

They can keep that car, Run my down payment back to me and that *** off my credit. Bogus *** company

Vehicle was towed My vehicle was towed and I don't know where it was taken to !away

I was behind on a couple of payments and was going to get caught up with them this week. I hope I can still recover my truck. It's been a great deal of help for when I really needed it .
