Repossession
This company is a scam. Vehicle was repossessed after one missed payment.
Bridgecrest said they're canceling car loan and resell the vehicle back through drive time.
They can keep that car, Run my down payment back to me and that *** off my credit. Bogus *** company

Vehicle was towed My vehicle was towed and I don't know where it was taken to !away
I was behind on a couple of payments and was going to get caught up with them this week. I hope I can still recover my truck. It's been a great deal of help for when I really needed it .

Worst customer service
I filed a claim against the company and requested directly over the phone that they not contact me again. Despite this, they called and left a voicemail asking to call them back.
The person I spoke to had no prior knowledge of this. They offered nothing but excuses. Throughout my dealings with this company no department seems to communicate with the others, and no one seems to know what anyone else is doing.
I am appalled by the behavior and insanely poor customer service this company has given. It is shameful how poor this company acts

Auto pay
Bridgecrest has been the worst auto finance company I ever dealt with. In September with all the floods from NC my main warehouse was flooded out so the employees didnt get paid on time.
I called and explained everything and was told I will still be charged the 15 dollars auto-pay fee for being kicked out. They finally waived it for me. This month was a little tight for me, so I paid my car payment TWO days earlier, and they took my money out BOTH times and telling me I will be charged the 15 dollars auto fee again because my bank account is negative.
That the first payment I made early does not reflex on Octobers payment! I literally hate Bridge crest !!!

Worst customer service
Worst possible company to deal with. They have no managers allowed to assist you, leaving you to a customer relations line that cant do much of anything.
It took weeks of calls in order to get money back that was owed to me after my insurance gave them a full payout.
They actively are rude and uncommunicative. I would avoid this company at all costs.

I have a current loan with yall for my Chevy equinox its loan number Account 104026****01my name is james Burleson bday 10/02/70 I have had to made payment arrangements due to my wifes current battle shes undergoing chemo and my financial situation is at a low but my huge issue and stumbling block is fact my current due date is not on same date or even same week as my actual paydays. I need my due date switched to the opposite week/date its currently set for and a payment plan I can actually fulfill because I will be paying my car note on actual payday please do this for me as of right now Im in hospital a majority of time so email and text are the absolute best ways to communicate with myself so please email me back or text me at (254) 709-**** so we can work together to get my due dates changed and finally get my account completely caught up and current thank you so very much

Bridgecrest. The company that carvana uses.
Lol worse than the mob. My wife and I have not made 1 payment she has had her car going on 3 years. We have had cars through carvana before. Going on 6 to 7 years.
Never missed a payment always on time. Paid off 2 cars and yet. No le way to skip a payment or move it to the end of the loan. Bad bad practices buyer beware.
Stay away from carvana and especially Bridgecrest.
You could be on your death bed and they still would want there money. STAY AWAY FROM BRIDGECREST
Preferred solution: Move this months payment to the end of the loan. It still gets paid .

However, the day I went to file for bankruptcy, I was at the courthouse, My automobile, was repoed from the courthouse bankruptcy funds in the car, which will never retrieved The false information remains on my credit report. and these are the laws that they broke.

Paid off my loan
I refinanced my car through my credit Union. I am thankful that I no longer have to deal with this company.
No grace period a daily finance charge. If you pay more than your payment you have to call in advance to let them know you want the extra amount to go toward principal. Charge a fee for using your debt card to make payments. You will never pay your car off.
I went on the app to verify that my car loan was paid off. The vehicle no longer shows on the app. No email communication. I called and I was told 10 business days after the payoff I would receive an email.
If I was late I would get text messages, phone calls and emails. Thankful to never have to deal with Bridgecrest again.

Bankruptcy
My payments are made by a trustee. They are to be applied as my monthly payment.
After contacting them three times as well as my trustee they refuse to apply them as my payment. They claim that is instructions from trustee however they cannot provide proof and trustee says they did not instruct them

I have been trying since June 16 to have my account reopened so I can pay my loan off. My first payment was returned nsf because of a mistake made by my bank...
I have been told almost every day that it would be opened up and it still isn't. Now my payment is late and this is going to go against my credit.
I have called every day and my account is still showing closed preventing me from paying . I need HELP immediately!!

Loan matured. Still owed balance due to approved skipping of payments over the last 5 years(extensions). Was never contacted it just fell all due, over $2,000. Made payment arrangements to make 2 pmt
They are still reporting serious delinquency to CB. Really only have 90 days to pay in full or they charge it off

Accountability! It matters!
HERE we go! Loved my car.
Lost my mom in April, owner sold my house, my Dad has dementia, I just started doing dialysis and I have to have heart surgery. So I was behind in my payments. EVERYDAY since May Bridgcrest called me! So Friday I go pick up my items I left in the car.The repo people they choose to hire keeps my plate, wallet and credit cards!
But was told everything is in this bag they handed me. I don't feel I should have to track down my items that wasn't in the bag! You called me everyday,but you won't call to find out why,what and where my belongings ARE?? was told today the items were left In car and the car is at auction!
But I do see birds flock together...why wouldn't the REPO company do itemized list if? BEING YOUR REMOVING PERSONAL BELONGINGS?
SUPER THIEVES!!! I will never lose you just took the wrong person's stuff!
Preferred solution: Call and find my items the way you called for a payment! If I don't make the mistake,why did I have to fix it?
